Policies: Ordering! 1. Register and Sign In (Remember to write down your login and password info!). 2. Shop the Product Categories for the individual items you want and check out by confirming your order. 3. We both will receive Email Confirmations of your order.
Payment Methods! 1. Discount Java accepts All Major Credit Cards through our store. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) 2. Discount Java can also process payments over the phone by calling 1-303-371-0595 or 1-866-976-8950.
Shipping: Along the Front Range of Colorado we deliver every product found within our online store. We offer over 500 brand name products that you have already come to enjoy and trust. We will only ship the products not defined by “Delivered Locally Only” within each product description found in our online store. We do the packing-you pay only what the shipping costs.
Shipping or Delivery Easy as 1, 2, and 3! 1. We will email you a paid copy of the invoice with your Credit Card slip attached. 2. Discount Java will ship or deliver your order to you. 3. Upon delivery you will need to check in the order and sign the invoice as received. Once you have received the shipped order you will have 48 hours to dispute any discrepancies.
Returns: Easy as 1, 2, 3 1. If you received an incorrect item please email Returns@discountjava.com for a return authorization and we will mail or fax the shipping label to you. 2. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours by email at Returns@discountjava.com. 3. Returns are only accepted if you made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. We will only exchange the item for a 15% fee within 30 days of the purchase date, but the merchandise must be unopened, in good condition, and in the manufacturer's original packaging. Contact Returns@discountjava.com with any questions or concerns.
All Sales are FINAL on any Seasonal and Clearance Marked Items! Opened or partial boxes will NOT be accepted for return. All eligible returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.
